Landing pages (often called ‘lead capture pages’) are pages designed to appear against a particular topic or search phrase.
The great advantage of landing pages is their ability to help retain and capture visitors. They are, by their nature, pages highly relevant, or a complete match, to the visitor’s search enquiry – designed to satisfy the visitor and stopping them continuing their search further elsewhere.
They are a highly effective tool in generating targeted traffic from SEO, or in receiving visitors who have come through other traffic sources such as emails or pay-per-click.

Why not send to homepage?
Landing pages can be static pages updated manually by your developer, however at Think we recommend using a simple content management system allowing you to "add/edit/delete" landing pages, including images, titles, body text and also meta data.
